Customers: enquiries, reminders, campaigns
Campaigns to a segment of your customers
Send one message to a chosen group of customers, such as diesel cars over 80,000 km or customers not seen in a year. Send now or schedule it, and every message carries an unsubscribe link. The campaign counts how many were sent, clicked the link and booked a visit.

The problem it solves
- A monsoon check-up offer goes to every number in the phone, including people who sold their car.
- You cannot tell whether an offer brought anyone in.
- Customers who asked not to get offers keep getting them.
How it works
- 01
Open Garage > Customers > Campaigns and click New. Type a name, such as "Monsoon check-up".
- 02
Write the message. {name}, {vehicle} and {shop} are filled in for each customer.
- 03
Choose the link: Book a Visit, A Web Page, or No Link.
- 04
On the Who tab, choose the cars: brands, models, fuel, model year, odometer, last visit, services they had or never had, and tags. Click Find Recipients; each customer gets it once, even with several cars.
- 05
Click Send, or fill in Send On and the time and click Schedule. It goes out by itself at that time in the branch's time zone.
- 06
The Results group shows sent, clicked and booked.
Everything it does
Who gets it
- Brands, models, fuel, model year from and to
- Last visit at least or at most n days ago (0 means any)
- Odometer from and to
- Services they had one of, or never had
- Tags
- One Message per Customer: on
Sending
- Send now, or Schedule for a day and a time (10:00 to start with) in the branch's time zone
- Scheduled campaigns are checked every 5 minutes; recipients are found at the time of sending
- Unschedule takes it back; Cancel drops it before it is sent, never after
- A time in the past is refused
- States: Draft, Scheduled, Sent, Cancelled
Unsubscribe
- Every message has an unsubscribe link
- A customer who unsubscribes gets no more campaigns; messages about their car's visits and reminders still reach them
- Customers who switched off the channel are skipped

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Which channel does a campaign use?
WhatsApp first, else SMS, else email, following your messaging set-up. SMS and WhatsApp use paid message credits on every plan.
How do we know if it worked?
Each campaign counts the messages sent, the customers who clicked and those who booked an appointment or visited within 30 days.
What happens when a customer unsubscribes?
They get no more campaigns. Messages about their own car, such as the job card and service reminders, still reach them unless they switch those off too.
Can we send at a set time?
Yes. Fill in Send On and the time, then Schedule. It goes out by itself in the branch's time zone.

Service reminders by date and by kmFrom Growth
Each delivered job card plans the next service of the car. It falls due by date or on the day the car is expected to reach the next km, whichever comes first. That day is worked out from the car's own readings. The customer is reminded before it is due with a link to book, and the reminder closes when they come back.
Customer retention and enquiry source reportsFrom Growth
Three reports tell a workshop manager whether customers come back. Customer Retention sorts each car and customer into Active, At Risk or Lapsed. Due vs Came Back shows who returned for the service that was due. Enquiries shows where enquiries come from and why some are lost.
Enquiries from walk-ins, calls and your websiteFrom Growth
Note every call, walk-in, WhatsApp message and website request about a vehicle as an enquiry, before anything is booked. Each one has an owner who follows it up, and moves through New, Contacted, Quoted, Booked and Lost. It becomes an appointment or a job card in one click.
Online booking from the job page and a public page per branchFrom Growth
Customers you know ask for their next visit from their job page or My vehicles. New customers use your branch's public booking page. They sign in or sign up, pick a day and time when you are open, and tick services. An advisor confirms each request.
Messages to the customer at every step, with the invoice on deliveryEvery plan
Customers hear from you when the car is checked in, the estimate is ready, extra work is found, the car is ready, delivered and paid. Each message carries the link to their job page, and the delivered message carries the invoice. Messages go by WhatsApp, else SMS, else email, on every plan.
