What is SmartMy POS?
A billing counter for shops and service counters. It runs as an app on phones, tablets and till computers, and as a screen in a web browser.
Does it work without internet?
The app does. It keeps products, prices and taxes on the device and sends the sales when the connection returns, each one once.
Is the app in the Play Store or App Store?
Not yet. SmartMy POS is built for phones, tablets and till computers, and we set it up for you.
Does it connect to my card machine or UPI app?
Yes, from the Growth plan, for Pine Labs, Razorpay and Stripe terminals: the amount goes to the machine and the sale is paid when it approves. With another machine or a UPI QR, take the payment there and record the reference on the bill.
How are discounts controlled?
Each register has a cashier limit, a supervisor limit and a maximum. Every discount needs a reason.
Can one counter be used by several people?
Yes. Each person signs in with a PIN and every bill keeps who sold it.
