What does SmartMy Campus cover?
Admissions, student records, fees with receipts and online payment, timetable and attendance, homework, activities, library, exams and report cards, student leave, circulars, parent-teacher meetings and chat, certificates, discipline, placement for colleges, and an app and web portal for parents, students and teachers.
Does it work for schools, colleges and universities?
Yes. Each institution is marked as a school or a college, and a university campus works as a college. Colleges get semesters, credits, SGPA and CGPA, arrears and elective registration. Schools get classes, sections and report cards, and see none of the college screens.
Is there an app for parents?
Yes. The SmartMy Campus app for Android and iPhone is built and not in the stores yet. Parents switch between their children, students see their own record, and teachers get a staff view. Families can also use the web portal, on a computer or a phone.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes, from the Growth plan, on the app and the portal, through the payment gateway account you connect. The receipt is made at once. Parents also see dues, receipts and the statement, and the counter still takes cash, cheque and bank payments.
Can we bring in our current data?
Yes, from Excel. You fill our template with students, parents, staff, classes, timetable, past marks, fee structures and opening dues. Everything is checked first, and nothing is saved until the whole file is clean.
Are hostel, transport and payroll included?
No. SmartMy Hostel, Transit, Feast, HRMS and VMS are separate products. Each links to the student record, so their charges can appear as dues on the same fee ledger.
